Appointment times are reserved. Cancel/move with 24–48 hours’ notice and 25% of the scheduled services are due; cancel with less than 24 hours and 50% of scheduled services are due. Fees must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.

Children are not permitted in the salon. This protects guest experience and reduces liability risks (chemicals, tools, spills). Offer alternate times when they have childcare arranged.

Report color concerns within 7 days; complimentary redo within 10 days.

If a guest is not satisfied with color, they must contact their stylist within 7 days. A complimentary redo must be performed within 10 days of the original service. After that window, or if the guest requests changes from the original service, full price applies.
